1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Anglr, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
2. License
Subject to these terms, Anglr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store terms and usage rules.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and for activity that occurs under your account. You must not impersonate another person or access another user’s account.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the spots, catches, notes, photos, and other content you submit. You grant Anglr a limited license to host, process, sync, and display that content as needed to operate the service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app or backend systems
- Upload content you do not have the right to use
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute service data in a way not authorized by Anglr
6. Subscriptions and billing
Anglr Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple In-App Purchase. Pricing, billing periods, free trials, renewal dates, and cancellation are presented in the purchase flow and managed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase.
7. Availability and changes
Anglr may add, remove, suspend, or change features at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Anglr if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or if continued operation is no longer practical. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Disclaimers
Anglr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy of maps, weather, route tracking, or fishing-related recommendations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anglr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business arising from your use of the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
